White Cedar Dieta / Immersion

The tree of life

A tree of transformation, enlightenment, and energetic expansion.

A prayer for life to be truly well

Anchoring a frequencey of divine love and internal union

A balm for the fragmented places within us

An anchoring of direction in one’s life

Clearing the way of ancestral memory and societal paradigms

He helps one to do the work and transmute layers of distortion in the way

Through a deep, divine presence of safety and light

Cedar teaches us how to return to the original intention of our lives

He fills us in body, mind and spirit with the light of the heavens,

piercing down through the sun

with the arrow tip of the tree’s top,

illuminating the density that keeps us in struggle.

His medicine is related to the eagle,

who helps us to take flight,

bringing us into higher perspective of love and clarity.

He is a master of closing old cycles that no longer serve us

and igniting new cycles of health and happiness.

Cedar is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal. White Cedar supports the immune system and is particularly beneficial in treating respiratory infections. On an energetic level, he opens our heart to the power of divine love.  He has a calming effect helps to heal patterns of anxiety and worry. He has an affinity for “making right” and bringing balance to ancestral trauma and heavy stored emotions.  He has been used for centuries in smudging rituals to cleanse, purify, and protect.

*This plant should not be dieted while pregnant or nursing.

The Process of this Immersion:

This practice comes out of the Amazon jungle, where I dedicate much of my life’s study to. There, indigenous folks enter what’s called dieta and put others into dieta for multiple reasons. The two main purposes for going into dieta are to help heal something particular within the mind,  body or spirit or to gain healing abilities of the plant in which one is going into isolation/dieta with.

I find that both of these experiences manifest inside this type of container.

When you come to immerse yourself with Cedar, it is catered specifically to you and your needs. Each day, there will be counsel, personalized ceremonies, energy work and time taken to support your connection with the Cedar tree.

Things such as sweat lodge, kambo, indigenous healing ceremonies, and 1:1 counsel and energy work are available throughout your time.

Below is a schedule of what a 4 day immersion can look like:
