Plant Spirit Medicine Community is an online monthly circle of medicine women, empowered by the desire to study herbal medicine from an ancient, holistic perspective; connecting with our deep inner world in order to hear and create alliship with the plant kingdom of allies that surrounds us.
This is for women who hear the drumbeat of the Earth calling them home into the soils of their local environment, and for the wise, ancient soul that yearns to connect with its origins.

With a community of women, we will dive into uncovering the ancient knowledge stored in Herbal Medicines. Each moon cycle we will focus on a new plant, learning to listen to its medicine and opening doorways of consciousness into its spirit, subtle energy field, personality, and architecture.
To access the full healing powers of plants, we must connect with them through our hearts; on both a physical and spiritual level. Building relationships with the plants helps us to open new pathways of consciousness, deepening our connection with life.
As women, we are intrinsically coded with the capacity to hear the spirit of the plants. Indeed, it was once our responsibility to harvest the plants that would keep us and our families healthy.
It is an honor and a blessing to come together as sisters and create an archive of what we hear in the deep, intimate undercurrents of plant spirit medicine. To be a bridge for the plants, and uncover the spiritual properties once well known and now hidden in the moist dark soils of Earth; birthing themselves in flowers and resin.
In service to deepening our bodies ability to fully be here, to anchor our wombs in the heart of Mother Earth, to slow down and listen, inspire and weave… for the mystery and medicine of our species.

During of first call of the month, we will welcome the new plant spirit into our circle, plant it into our energy fields, and learn about its medicinal properties and ways of making medicine with it.
We will discuss ways to deepen our connection to this plant spirit, rituals to imbibe in, and ways to enter the plants unique doorway of consciousness over the next 2 weeks.

Then, for 2 weeks, you will weave with the plant – making this the main plant you are ingesting, holding tea ceremony with yourself and the plant, and engaging with it through the many exercises of plant connection shared during our zoom call.
Exercises to support you getting to know the plant on multiple dimensions of consciousness include: having a tea ceremony with it each morning and night (sitting with the tea and speaking your intentions into the plant, then focusing on what shifts in your energy field, mind and body), yoni steaming, taking baths with this plant, dreamwork/sleeping with it under your pillow, sitting with in nature and following guided meditations to hear the spirit of the plant, making medicine with it, planting it in your garden, making flower essences, infusing oils, fire ceremonies.. The list goes on.

Two weeks later, we will share our experiences and the teachings we received from the plant and begin to weave the magic of the plant spirit’s healing potential into an archive of women’s medicine. We are voices for the voiceless; conduits for bringing back this old way of working with plant medicine.
Forming an intimate connection with Nature allows us to become a channel of her divine wisdom, reminding us of our own divine wisdom as co-creators and stewards of life.
This is the path to empowerment, a deep remembrance of something ancient within us that many of us are being called to reawaken.
