Empower Your Creative Energy Through Nature, Sisterhood, Plant Medicine & the Elementals

May 27th – 30th, 2026

Thursday – Sunday

@ Sacred Mountain Waters – Marshall

Join us for a weekend of Sisterhood, Art, Plant Medicine and Communion with the Earth. Each day, we will connect with a different Element, exploring how each one guides and ignites our Creative Light. We will make various art pieces with each element and empower our ability to embody the Dream our Hearts are carrying for these times.

🔥 Thursday — Fire: Igniting the Creative Flame

We begin by gathering around the sacred fire to open the container of HeArt.

Through ritual, breath-work, and sharing of our hearts, we will ignite the inner flame of creativity and intention for the weekend. We will move into an evening of exploring the relationship between eros, creativity, and elemental energy. We will do guided practices to open our bodies to the magnifiicene that they are carrying and awaken our physical, emotional and spiritual relationship to Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

Following we will make art from charcoal to represent our relationship to our inner flame. We will explore themes like: “What is your current edge in pushing between what feels comfortable and what your heart is asking you to create in this life? How safe do you feel bringing your creative spark of light into this world? Are there ways your creativity may feel blocked or hindered?”

🌎 Friday — Earth: Rooting the Creative Body

Friday we will journey into grounding our creativity into our bodies and into the land.

We will work with Earth based art practices and embodiment to anchor our creative expression.

…. Return to the soft, effervescent light that pulses through all organic matter,

Recognize yourself as an important part of that pulse;

where listening leads to remembering,

and remembering leads to inner peace.

Remember what it means to truly be alive on Earth,

as part of a network of her Being;

the Circulatory System of Gaia

awakening the truth in our core

and the in love in our Hearts.

The Day Includes:

  • Ocarina Creation & Clay Sculptures
  • Pit Firing our Creations
  • Body Painting Ceremony
  • Ecstatic Dance

This day invites us to remember that our bodies are made of the same elements as the land that holds us. It invites us to remember the sacredness of the form that we are made of and the power we hold as Creators on this Earth.

We will explore themes such as,”How can you drop more deeply into trust and surrender? & In what ways does that feed your creativity?” “In what ways do you feel that you came to dream the Earth’s Dream” “Do you feel connected with a web of life larger than yourself that is supporting your vision?”  “What is your relationship with your beautiful body and the Creation energy that flows through it?”

💧 Saturday — Water: Flow & Plant Medicine

We are a living bridge for peace on Earth

Water is a living prayer for Peace on Earth

To code her cells with beauty is to uplift the planet in love. It is a conscious decision we make to serve Water, for She is calling us home. Her luminous shine holds the embryonic fluid of future generations. Bridging water with wonder, with love, with song & light, is to bring peace on Earth

Bringing harmony to our inner waters grids a collective shield of light – to disconnect from a broken system and re-code her truth in our womb is to walk in beauty and trust; held by something much larger. Her memory drives the currents of this planet.

Can you imagine yourself in your highest form of wellness? In your greatest potential? Can you imagine this earth in its highest expression of beauty and truth? These memories open doorways.

When water is in harmony, all is well.

We are beings that dream water well; purifying the gate of our inner heaven, the womb heart, and anchoring the original Earth codes in physical form… Walking the path of beauty by having reverence for that which gives us life; walking the path of beauty by fully acknowledging and claiming the power that we are – the medicine that moves us… water đź’¦

Water day invites emotional flow, intuition, and listening to the voice within.

Themes of the day include: “What parts of us feel more like ice than a flowing river? In what ways can we more deeply surrender and let go to what life is asking from us? How can we soften more to our heart’s dream?”

The day will include:

  • Learning water songs by the river
  • Deep listening & Creating Poetry
  • Meditation connecting to our bodies as living water & re-coding our dreams in our cells – Heart & Womb Meditation
  • Sweat Lodge Ceremony
  • Creative watercolor expression

This is a day of softening, listening, and allowing creativity to move like water through your body.

Cat Hood is a multi-disciplinary artist & experience designer devoted to creating living, breathing art through the bodies, voices, and spirits of those around her. Her artistry spans many realms & mediums from painting, to body painting, sculpture, to jewelry making & clothing design, to music & dance… After 6 years of  experimenting in all kinds of creative collaborations between Colombia, Mexico, and North Carolina, Cat is called to design experiences that centers Art as the bridge into spirituality, as well as the bridge that connects us cross culture, & the catalyzer of change in a corrupted world. As artists, it is our duty to the collective to follow through with our creative hunches.  This has led to the foundation of Foreverence Gathering in North Carolina– a festival devoted to coming in reciprocity with creator through our pursuing our passions  It has also led to a variety of emergent retreats. She is stoked to collaborate for Heart of the Earth to explore the bridge of art, nature, and spirituality in a container of all women!

Julie Hatch is an Herbalist, Ceremonialist, and Lover of Nature. She spent the better half of a decade living in the jungles of South America, studying the plants and the healing ways of the people’s who call those lands home. She apprenticed with and works for Matthew Wood, an herbalist out of Minnesota. She has a devotion and love for the spirits of nature and the elemental forces that work through the organic life that surrounds us. Her pursuits with the plants have lead her through multidimensional plant realms where she has made deep alliance with these beings and cherishes the wild and wise souls that make up the plant kingdom. Julie carries a Lakota altar and will also be offering a sweat lodge during the retreat.

*Note, the sweat lodge is not included in the pricing of this retreat. Sweat lodge is only offered on a donation basis – donations help us pay for wood, blankets and incense.
