Join us for 3 days of Plant Medicine & Sisterhood
The plants are teachers, healers, and emissaries of light for the human spirit. They welcome us on a deep journey of the heart; connecting us with the one song being eternally sung in the many chords and octaves of light. Without their medicine, we would cease to exist.
The plants carry the original codes of Creation. They help to protect and illuminate the human spirit, empowering our true and original power.
Most herbal knowledge has been kept alive through the voices, songs, and presence of the women who tend the Earth, handed down from mother to daughter, a sacred kind of inheritance. In these 3 days, we will dive deeply into the medicine, mystery and power of the local women’s medicinal plants.
As each song holds a unique melody, each person a unique persona, each plant has a unique Spirit; a doorway of consciousness.
During this three day immersion we will explore our own unique medicine as Stewards and Women of the Plants; bridges of Heaven on Earth. 🌏
This immersion is a combination of enhancing our inner capacity to listen, releasing energies that are between us and a silent open heart, playful space with the luminous plant kingdom & sisterhood, deep prayer, and herbal education.
It was in the deep Amazon 11 years ago that the spirits of the plants first began to speak to me. Years in the Amazon and studying with various indigenous lineages led me to NC where I was told to bring the training and teachings of the jungle to my homelands. When I arrived in Appalachia, I was brought to my knees in awe of the beauty of the forests and the plant teachers that dwell here.
The Appalachian mountains are precious; some of the oldest mountains on the planet. They are older than the North Star, the Atlantic Ocean, dinosaurs and trees. (Yes, you read that correctly.) These mountains hold an overarching Spirit that is intact and empowering the remembrance of women to claim their innate Earth medicine.
I am excited to offer this special 3 day Women’s Immersion into Plant Medicine
We will dive into an herbal medicine education, focusing specifically on women’s medicine. In conjunction with teachings about the plants and their medicine, we will hold ceremony and learn tools to connect with the spirits of the plants as well as the overarching spirit of the land.
This is a unique way to receive an Herbal education focused on our local indigenous plants, primarily women’s medicine, while awakening your oracular capacity to listen and connect with “Nature Sophia,” the Spirit of Nature.

What Women Are Sharing about Women of the Earth’s Eternal Light Retreat:
Outline (subject for mild shifts depending on the flow and unique alchemy of our group)
Friday: arrive by 12pm – set up sacred camp space (areas will be pre-cleared and prepared for your time)
1pm – Opening circle – share our hearts, our intentions, and our unique spiral within the sisterhood
3pm – Enter Sweat Lodge – The Original Womb – The plants we will be working with for the weekend will be on the water we pour on the stones – Initiation into the Eternal Womb Mother – clearing our energy, our past, and making way for the fullest potential of our medicine to shine into the world – Learning from the plants through prayer and deep listening
6pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Songs around the fire & tea
*A bundle of sacred herbs will be available to choose from to take to bed and dream with for the duration of our time together. Each sister can choose the herb that is most resonant for her to learn from in the dream space. This can be a good opportunity to start practicing plant connection & dream work. I invite you to choose a plant you wish to continue working with after our time together
Saturday:
9 am – Breakfast
10am – Workshop on Women’s Herbal Medicine & the Wise Women’s Ways
*Plants specific to the womb, Pelvic Care , PMS, PCOS, miscarriage, lifting of spirits (“abortion”), childbirth, menopause, endometriosis, and more – we will also speak to whatever specifics those that are coming are experiencing and or wishing to dive into
1opm – lunch
2pm – Walk through the mountain to learn to identify native species, their medicinal properties and how to make medicine with them
3:30pm – Learn and practice plant communication with a native tree -deepening in your divine intuition and ability to listen to and connect with plant spirits
4:30 break / journal/ enjoy time & tea together
6pm – dinner
7:30pm – Fire & Sharing together
Sunday:
9:30 am breakfast
11 am – Plant Spirit Medicine Workshop – Elemental Herbalism – foundational principles of nature and treating/ perceiving through an Elemental lens
1pm – Salve Making Workshop: Mugwort Womb Oil – this technique can be applied to making medicine for burns, cuts, sore muscles etc. with various herbs. We will make mugwort salve together and I will share how other plants can be utilized for different purposes with the same technique
3pm – Questions, Sharing and closing circle
Lodging:
This gathering will take place in Barnardsville, NC at our temple home. Please bring a tent to sleep in or let me know if you need one.
